Outreach Presentation: Sojourner Family Peace Center

We look forward to welcoming Lindsay Schoettlin from the Sojourner Family Peace Center for our Outreach Presentation on Sunday, November 19. The presentation will be held in the St. Paul’s Community Room following our 10 am Sunday service.

Sojourner’s mission is to transform lives impacted by domestic violence. We strive to ensure the safety of survivors of domestic violence and provide a pathway out of violence through opportunities to make positive and lasting changes for survivors and their children. In 2016, in partnership with Children’s Wisconsin, we opened the Family Peace Center – the second largest, and most comprehensive family justice center in the world – to give survivors and their children a resource center geared toward seamless access to an array of ancillary support services all under one roof and in partnership with 12 local organizations. Sojourner serves nearly 8,000 individuals annually. Lindsay Schoettlin has been with Sojourner for one and half years. Her current role as Director of Development has her focused on fundraising through mail, email, social media, and grants.
