Dear People of St. Paul’s,
On Wednesday October 7 at 5:30pm we will gather in the church courtyard to give thanks to God for the gift of creation and all created things. Many of us experience the joy of God’s creation in our relationships with the animals we take into our homes. From these pets we receive joy and love and in return we practice fidelity in care and compassion.
You are invited to bring these loved ones to the courtyard for a blessing as we remember that all things great and small are beloved by God. Furry and non-furry creatures are welcome. If you prefer, you may bring a photo of your creature and we will bless them in absentia.
All are welcome, with or without creaturely companions!
